What is the standard Cancellation Policy?
Cancellation Policy for VIP Yacht Charters Co Limited:- VIP Yacht Charters maintains a strict no-refund policy for cancellations, except in the following cases:
- If the Maritime Marine Department of Thailand or the Ocean Marina declares that charters cannot operate due to adverse weather conditions, a full refund will be provided to the client
- If a client voluntarily chooses to cancel their charter, no refund will be issued. However, if the client notifies VIP Yacht Charters at least seven days before the scheduled embarkation date, they may reschedule the charter for a future date that is mutually convenient for both the client and VIP Yacht Charters.
- If the vessel cannot leave port on the day of the charter due to mechanical problems, a full refund will be provided to the client.
- VIP Yacht Charters cannot be held liable for weather conditions on the day of the charter, as they are considered acts of God.
Where is the Meeting Point?
OPTIONAL: Meet crew at Ocean Marina meeting point (Drop off or Car Park), then escort to vessel. Charterers must inform Admin 24 hours before embarking if they want to meet our crew at the meeting point, or charterers may walk to our luxury yacht as Scooby Doo is docked alongside the grand pier for our guests convenience when boarding on and off the yacht.- Taxi Drop off – ATM machine (Marina Office)
- Parking – Car park 2 (Car Park)
Can food be brought aboard the boat?
Charterers are allowed to bring extra food on board with no extra charge. For example, Cake, Snacks, Kids special menu, food allergies, vegetarians etc.
